TIME TO BREAK OUT OF THE PENTATONIC BOX
The pentatonic box pattern is a great starting point for learning the scale but often times it becomes the very thing we get trapped in where we are letting our fingers play the notes on auto-pilot rather than the notes we want to play.
This micro-lesson shares a way to break out of the pentatonic box with an alternative, easy to memorize pattern. Perhaps this should be the first pentatonic pattern anyone learns.
