This custom HX STOMP preset is of a Princeton amp with some added colors from specific pedals. This preset uses firmware 3.5 for the latest IRs from Line 6.
Features:
- Traditional red compressor – for some light character and squeeze but not too squeezed thanks to a blend option not available on the original compressor it is modeled after
- Not a common dirt pedal – on a foot switch, just to add some color to the tone
- Optical tremolo effect – on a foot switch
- Gentle EQ setting to add further clarity
- Plate reverb
This is an extremely versatile preset as you can hear in the example in the video below especially when used in conjunction with your guitar’s volume and tone controls.
