Often times we focus on learning the flashy stuff, the lead playing but rhythm guitar is a lot of fun as well especially if you borrow lines that other instruments play such as an organ line in this example.

Ok, there is even a slight lead line on top that’s fun too that plays off of the old blues trick on bending the flat 3 almost up to the major 3rd.
